Refund Policy

Kova is a subscription software product. Customers receive access to the workspace, generators, saved projects and exportable creative assets according to the selected plan.

Refund window

First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for review within 7 days of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on account activity, usage level, duplicate charges, technical issues and whether the service was accessed and used.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has started. Customers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not want to renew.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Duplicate charges or clear billing errors can be reviewed and corrected after verification.

How to request a refund

Send the account email, order date and reason for the request to support@kova.pro. We may ask for additional details to locate the subscription and review usage history.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the checkout provider. Processing times may vary by payment method and financial institution.
